Jo has over 20 years corporate management experience in operational, strategic change and project management roles in the telecommunications, manufacturing and construction industries. In her most recent assignment Jo introduced 3G mobile technology into Australia in a “Greenfield” environment with Hutchison Telecoms.

Jo specialises in developing synergistic and functional working teams and business units to increase the performance and on the job satisfaction levels of both individuals and operational areas. In her most recent corporate role Jo reduced Opex by $2 Million pa, Bad Debt by $12million pa and stock losses by $4m and was instrumental in transforming the culture through team building, coaching, mentoring and process re-engineering and restructuring.

Working both personally and with groups, she facilitates change by encouraging people to uncover the value they can add through development of constructive skills and behaviours. Most importantly, she helps others learn and grow by providing the coaching support, tools and methodology for managers, leaders and team members to excel in uncertain and chaotic environments.
